Rent for 1.NP (Ground floor): Netto 330 CZK/m2/month, all service charges and energy included plus night guard, heating/cooling, airconditioning, lights, power back-up supply, fast internet connection, IP telephony (virtually unlimited numberof lines), daily cleaning service and an option to use a conference room for up to 30 people on the top floor once a month.
